Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the NALAMI mobile application and related services provided by Life Guide Info Communication LLP.

NALAMI is owned and operated by Life Guide Info Communication LLP and is published on Google Play through the Google Play Developer Organization account of Vastquery Technologies LLP under an authorized publishing arrangement.

By purchasing consultation services through NALAMI, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Consultation Fees

Users may be required to pay consultation fees before booking or starting an audio call, video call, chat consultation, or appointment.

All prices displayed within the application are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during the payment process.

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • The consultant does not join the scheduled consultation.
  • The consultation is cancelled by the consultant.
  • A technical issue within the NALAMI platform prevents the consultation from taking place.
  • A duplicate payment is successfully charged for the same consultation.
  • Payment is deducted but the booking is not successfully confirmed.
  • Any other situation approved by Life Guide Info Communication LLP after review.

Refund requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The consultation has already started or has been completed.
  • The user misses the scheduled appointment.
  • The user experiences internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other problems outside the control of the NALAMI platform.
  • The user is dissatisfied with the consultant's opinion or advice after the consultation has been completed.
  • Incorrect booking details are entered by the user.
  • The user voluntarily cancels after the cancellation period has expired.
  • Any misuse, abuse, or violation of the Platform's Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel an appointment before the consultation begins.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Time of cancellation
  • Whether the consultant has accepted the appointment
  • Whether the consultation has already begun
  • The circumstances of the cancellation

5. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot proceed due to a verified technical issue within the NALAMI platform, users may receive:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Rescheduled consultation

Technical issues caused by the user's internet connection, device, operating system or network provider are generally not eligible for refunds.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same booking due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
  • Most approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

8. How to Request a Refund

Please provide:

  • Registered mobile number or email
  • Booking or transaction reference number
  • Date and time of consultation
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting screenshots or documents (if applicable)

9. Right to Decline Refunds

  • Requests that do not satisfy this Refund Policy.
  • False or misleading information.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Violation of the Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available through the NALAMI application or our official website.
