NALAMI Terms and Conditions
Welcome to NALAMI, a consultation platform that enables users to connect with qualified consultants through audio calls, video calls, chat, appointment booking, and related services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NALAMI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using NALAMI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

NALAMI is owned, operated, and managed by Life Guide Info Communication LLP. The application is published and distributed on Google Play through the Google Play Developer Organization account of Vastquery Technologies LLP under an authorized publishing arrangement.
For all matters relating to the operation of the Platform, user accounts, consultations, payments, privacy, and customer support, Life Guide Info Communication LLP is the responsible legal entity.

Users may schedule appointments with consultants. Appointment availability depends upon consultant schedules. NALAMI does not guarantee that a particular consultant will always be available. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled under applicable platform policies.

Certain services require payment. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. NALAMI does not store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Refunds are subject to the Platform's Refund Policy. Generally, completed consultation sessions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by the Platform after review. Cancelled appointments may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of cancellation and the circumstances involved. Refund decisions made by the Platform shall be final unless otherwise required by law.

Your use of NALAMI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
All Platform content including logos, designs, graphics, software, source code, text, images, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Life Guide Info Communication LLP unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse Platform services, or create security risks. Termination may occur without prior notice where permitted by law.
NALAMI provides a technology platform that connects users with consultants. Consultation outcomes depend upon the consultant, the information provided by the user, and other external factors. Life Guide Info Communication LLP does not guarantee any particular consultation outcome, result, diagnosis, or recommendation. Users should exercise their own judgment before acting on any advice received through the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Guide Info Communication LLP, Vastquery Technologies LLP, their directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, consultant advice, service interruptions, loss of data, technical failures, or unauthorized access.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Guide Info Communication LLP, Vastquery Technologies LLP, their officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India.
